Before washing your hair, apply a small amount of the Flaxseed Duo Gel thoroughly to your scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then wash with a mild shampoo, such as a coconut shampoo. Your hair will become soft and smooth. Use it 2 to 3 times a week. You can also apply the same method to your face.
